Beth, my wife, recently passed away.
It has been the most devastating and difficult time of my entire life.
She had made it clear she wanted to be cremated. We scattered most of her ashes in the only place she mentioned. Since then, I have begun burying her ashes in places she wished to travel, or places she loved. “Beth BBs” (the little spheres) are the main mechanism for this.
You can read more about it here.
Several of the initial 3D busts also contain her ashes, and I am taking pictures of those when I travel. I might send a few of the busts to friends so they can help. Several friends are burying spheres for me in places like Wales (her favorite place from our honeymoon, which I plan to visit, as well), Hawaii and New Zealand.
Some friends asked if I could document all of this. One specifically asked me to create a blog. My parents, and a few others, dislike Facebook, so I was convinced to create this blog for them.
If you don’t know me, or Beth, then I’m not sure how you found this site, but I will ofter the same metta for you that Beth said for her friends and family:
May you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be healthy.
May you be peaceful.
